Contracted tendons with laxity of the fetlock

This 16 month old filly was brought to us in hopes that we may be able to give her a chance at a pain-free, normal life as possible after a check ligament surgery proved to provide no relief.

Teaming up with Littleton Equine Center to help this little lady recover after surgery.

This beautiful post-surgical filly is well on her way to a full recovery with daily wound care, LASER & PEMF therapies and medication administration. We are looking forward to her complete recovery.

EER welcomes Bowie, our youngest patient yet.

When this sweet 4 month old foal got hung up in a fence panel and sustained a severe tendon injury to his hind leg, his prognosis was bleak. Yet, we couldn't let him down. With our best foot forward, we happily welcomed in for rehabilitation. We pulled out all of the stops and jumped in armed with all of the latest in non-invasive therapies and healing modalities. We are happy to report that this little guy is making progress in leaps in bounds... Like his daily growth. Both in physical appearance and in his attachment with all of the members of our wonderful team.

"Wow! Just Wow! I cannot believe how good the the wound looks in such a short time. To think they wanted to put him down. Thank you!" -Silas Musick (Bowie Owner)

Elite Equine Rehab acquires 501c3

As of 1/1/2019 EER is now a service offered by Elite Equine Rescue, an IRS recognized non-profit organization.

After spending many years working with performance horses & performance horse owners, realizing the need to rescue and rehab those equine athletes that are no longer of use to their career who are in danger of landing in an ill-fated situation. Naturally, starting an Equine Rescue was the thing necessary thing to do... Merging the two only made since. The vision and goal is the same for both. To provide holistic healing to those in need to provide them a better quality of life. For those that are surrendered, we can offer a safe landing, stress-free rehab and the promise of a forever home. Now, the new business model is setup so that all proceeds from the Rehab directly benefit the horses of the Rescue.

Helping horses in need of healing does not stop at those that are lucky enough to be owned by devoted humans that invest into them half of what these animals have given their human counterparts. Elite Equine extends it's arms to rescue horses from around the globe as well.
